For Independence Day, sunny with a high near 84. Nothing like Independence Day in 1911, when Albany baked under 104 degree weather. Typical average high for the weekend is 82 degrees. For the most part low humidity all weekend through the Fourth. You don’t get nice weather like this much in Albany.
