January 10, 2016 Night

Good evening. Currently mostly cloudy and fairly breezy and 39 degrees in Delmar. At times though you can see the stars, although maybe the have been crowded out by the clouds.

Tonight will be mostly cloudy, with a low around 26. West wind around 16 mph, with gusts as high as 29 mph. The wind and dampness will make it feel chilly.

It’s pretty dark our there.  Waxing crescent moon has already set. Mornings also continue to be fairly dark, although slowly but surely the sun rise is happening earlier. Tomorrow’s sunrise will be at 7:24 am with first light at 6:52 am, which is one minute and 19 seconds earlier then today. Still going to need that alarm clock come morning.

Went out to Mom and Dad’s for Sunday dinner. Mom still makes good lasagna. Certainly much better than I could ever make and certainly better than any restaurant. She’s a pretty amazing cook. I made chocolate brownies topped with M&Ms. I also did my wash out there. Nice fresh sheets in bed. Got home went for my evening walk. Nice evening for a walk. Folded my clothes, made my bed. Took a sleeping pill and now I’m in bed. Pretty tired now.
