Well, hello! Happy Friday. Drive home time. Happy time with the weekend here. Just relax and you’ll be through whatever residual traffic there is. People don’t slow up if they don’t have to on Friday.

Cold and gray afternoon but so far the rain that has creeped into the Hudson Valley hasn’t made it up here. 52 degrees, which will drop to the mid-40s by morning. Rain may filter in this evening with the best chance later.

Traffic is moving slowly along 787 heading south of the city. I can’t wait until the construction is done. I keep waiting for the day when a motorist crashes into the bus on this narrow congested highway like happened to the other 719 bus a few months ago.

Expecting to have a quiet weekend mostly prepping for the West Virginia trip. A lot of little things to do like cleaning my truck and getting it inspected and tires rotated.
