Good morning before the rain that probably won’t come ๐ŸŒง๏ธ

Kind of gray and surprisingly humid this morning with rain showers up north and more wildfire smoke expected later. Gas prices are back up over $4.07 at corner station, and milk was $4 at Stewart’s but I got my card ready for half off the next gallon I get at Stewart‘s.

Last night I was at Five Rivers, ๐Ÿธ and it was a nice evening but I needed additional milk ๐Ÿฎ for my coffee and eggs. The eggs were good with pinto beans, peas, corn, the remaining hot sauce I had. Smashed down the burnables, put them in the outside bin. I’m not going to clean out or sort things that ultimately I’m going to send up in smoke. They were starting to smell a bit, and the bin was full. Still make a hot fire. ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Today I am going to research and think more about selling Big Red. ๐Ÿ›ป I will head down to the library probably mid-morning to see if there are more sites I can list him on like CraigsList and Cars.com. Work out a sales contract. I have title ready. ๐Ÿ“œ I will call the guy who was interested in a test drive tomorrow, got my gas can and will fill it up โ›ฝ and put enough fuel in Big Red to get fuel light off (2 gallons) and top off the windshield reservoir so that’s off too. I have some other leads, ๐Ÿ”Ž although so far they’re not all that great. I’m hoping put out by the road with a for sale sign it will help. I think I want to stick with $4,500 for the truck + camper shell for now. They’re is a lot of those rotted out Silverado on Facebook Market it seems, so I totally expect I’ll need to cut the price further. There is always junk yards and those looking for donations if I can’t sell the truck by September. I am going to take it off the market when I head out on vacation in a week and half if it doesn’t sell by then, then re-list it when I return. Need to get a For Sale sign to post in front of it too.

Other then that no real plans for today. ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ Wally World and gas up the rig later, get windsheilder washer fluid and gas for both Big Red and the SuperDuty. I adjusted the XY-CD60 module, I noticed it was too aggressive at connecting the batteries, but that’s because I had backed it down. I do want I tto trickle charge the starting batteries but also it first needs to make sure the accessory batteries are well charged. That said, I’m loathe to push the buttons too much on the controls, lest I lock it up in programming mode like happened when I was camping in Moose River Plains. ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Going to read some, and if the rain held off, I was thinking maybe of going to Henry Hudson Park in the hammock before Wally World. ๐ŸŒณ Tomorrow I’ll go to the Pine Hollow Arboretum early on my bike, then head out to my parents house, and hopefully show off the truck to someone, after gassing it up โ›ฝ and adding windshield washer fluid. ๐Ÿงน Maybe do some cleaning, I need to empty the compost out as it has a real issue with fruit flies ๐Ÿœ every time I open it with the heat.
