February 10th rarely snows much in Albany.

You’d have to go back to 1892 to find the snow fall record, which is 4 inches. Hardly more then a nuisance snowfall, barely plow-able.

And heck, that 4 inches fell 132 year ago, and since then we’ve always had less.
