It was nice seeing the folks. πͺ We had a nice afternoon, Dad helped me get the gears β off my bike π² wheel. I’m still trying to determine the spoke length, I’m thinking 292 mm but struggling to confirm with the online calculators.
We had an interesting conversations π₯ and I played out back for a while with the dog. πΆ I did my wash π and we had dinner. Sausage and peppers, with bread with dipping sauce. I nibbled on some bread and a little bit of sauce but it’s pretty high on calories, sugars and carbohydrates so I didn’t partake like I might have years ago. π Once you quit that old way of eating that kind of food tastes overly sweet and fatty and it’d hard to really enjoy much of it. Still it was nice to sit around the table with my parents.
