This morning is a struggle to get going 😴 but I’m rolling along out for my morning walk 🚶. The forecast and everything else is going to make getting the steps in a bit of a challenge each day but I’m moving and will do my best. Always can take an earlier express bus 🚍 in and do the Concourse if needed.

Not a pay week and quiet walking 🚶 past the high school 🚸 as the schools are on February break. But I would not say it’s February break in the office 🏢, we are quite busy despite being casual dress. I need my coffee ☕ just like an addict this morning after cutting back so much in recent weeks to save money and improve health. I kind of fell off the wagon in all ways possible this weekend up in Madison County.
