Daily Update – June 15, 2022

Good morning! Halfway through June 🏖

How fast time comes and goes. My tube is inflated and ready to do some floating though it looks like another cool weekend. Summer is coming but not yet it seems.

Mostly sunny and 58 degrees in Delmar, NY. ☀ Calm wind. The dew point is 56 degrees.

Back to doing the six o’clock walk 🚶 as it’s cooler then and a good start to the day with the steps. 👣 Then I can head home, have breakfast 🥣 and take a shower 🚿. The later express 🚍 usually is right on time.

I think 🤔 based on the forecast I will plan on leaving Friday morning for the Adirondacks. ⛰ Try to leave by 7 and get gas and groceries on the way up there. I’d probably take 20 to 30 to avoid city traffic and then get groceries and gas in Schenectady or Amsterdam. Try to be to camp by ten. Drinking 🍻 and floating by 11. Looks like a nice stretch of weather ahead but cool. Maybe after the warmer days recently the water 💦 won’t be so cold.
