Good Morning – February 6, 2022

Good morning! Save the Pine Bush Turns 44 πŸ¦‹ !

Yes, 1978 was 44 years ago. Before my time, but not by much. There actually is fewer and fewer people still around from the starting days of Save the Pine Bush, many have moved away or passed. I’ve been fortunate though to know many of them over the years.

Partly sunny and -2 degrees in Delmar, NY. 🌀 Calm wind. There are 3 inches of snow on the ground. β˜ƒ Cold start to the day again. ️Things will start to thaw out at tomorrow around noontime. 🌑️ Then much warmer next week.

I am not totally sure of my plans for the day, β›· although I hope to get my truck un-iced enough to go out and see my parents later on and maybe do some skiing too. 🍲 But first it kind of needs to warm up a bit, and maybe some more sunshine, as it’s going to be cold due to lack of sun at times. Supposed to be sunnier later. β˜€ That said, I try to get out to the folks house 🏑 pretty early so I’m not driving 🚘 home in the pitch black. πŸŒƒ

I need to get to the store 🍏 and get groceries and wash my truck πŸ›» although truth be told that is probably a task best done tomorrow after work. I think I can figure out enough food 🍲 at least through tomorrow.
