Good morning! It’s Monday, first day that has more Night then Day 🌌 !

We are past the first day of autumn and now we are really heading deep into the darkness plunge known as winter, although in Albany it’s not as bad as in Massena or for that matter Canada and Alaska. This morning being kind of cloudy is particularly dark, but it’s also because of the fact we are heading into October — that month starts Friday. 🎃

Mostly cloudy and 51 degrees in Delmar, NY. ⛅ There is a south breeze at 5 mph. 🍃. The dew point is 47 degrees. The skies will clear around 6 am.

Catching the express bus 🚍 downtown, the first time since March 2020 and the start of the pandemic. The express bus is a much nicer commute for sure. It was running a few minutes late but it’s still a lot earlier than the local I normally take in so I should be in good and early. Unless it’s rainy or there is a ton of snow on the sidewalks, my plan going forward is to take the express in much more. Session days with my dress clothes I might take the local to avoid the walk with my suit on.

Other than that I expect a fairly ordinary week. 👚 Tomorrow I’ll probably go to laundry after work and get some groceries 🥦🍞🧀. I’m going to call a few places about the truck this week with the tires.

Yesterday was a good day, 🔢 ended up doing a lot of miscellaneous coding and studying projects, sanded, primed and painted some of the rust spots on the truck. I thought about going over to Rennselear to look at the birds 🐦 but I wanted the paint to dry fully and it gets dark pretty early these days.
