I ended up deciding to take off Monday and Friday next week, for two long weekends. 🏊

This weekend, I will do two nights — Saturday and Sunday out in Schoharie County and spend a lot of time at the Mine Kill Pool and do some fishing in the reservoir.

Next weekend, leaving Thursday night after work, I am going to go up to Piseco-Powley Road and the potholers to beat the heat. I was going to to do Thursday and Friday, but decided against that on grounds that I’d rather get away for two nice weekends and because one of the other directors is off on Thursday.

Summer is running out quickly I am afraid …
