Good Evening – July 19, 2021

Good evening! Hey, it’s not raining for a change. ☁️

Still muggy and downright hot earlier today when we had five minutes of sun ☀. I decided to work down in the library parking 🅿 lot after getting my teeth cleaned 😁 and it got hit when the sun was out.

Cloudy and 73 degrees in Delmar, NY. Calm wind. The dew point is 67 degrees. The muggy weather ends Wednesday around 11 pm. 😓

My teeth cleaning went well although I guess I have to go back after vacation to get a filling repaired. 🪥 Fun times. I was late for the dentist because I was running late and there was construction 🚧 so that’s my reward, which involves grinding and repairs after vacation.

Been playing with Geopandas, 🐼 and wrote some scripts to do some quick and dirty data processing 📝 with geo data. Despite having done a decent amount of coding with python there was a lot I didn’t know about the Pandas library.

I was going to the park 🏞 but eventually I ended up deciding to stay home and continue working on some code and data I was working on.
