Good evening! Clear and 43 degrees in Delmar, NY. Calm wind. 🌌

It was a pretty good Monday. πŸ’Ό Kind of a busy day with work and meetings. After work I went over to John Wolcott house 🏑 to interview him more for our documentary. πŸ“Ή I probably talked too much but I had a lot of idea πŸ’‘ on stories I wanted to tell for the camera. Didn’t have a lot of extra time before and after it was too late to go to the grocery store so I just ended up getting milk πŸ₯› at Stewart’s.

Tonight will have areas of frost after 5am. Otherwise, clear 🌌 , with a low of 37 degrees at 5am. 12 degrees below normal, which is similar to a typical night around October 23rd. Calm wind. In 2019, we had clear skies in the evening, which became mostly clear by the early hours of the morning. It got down to 51 degrees. The record low of 31 occurred back in 1962.

Tomorrow will have areas of frost before 7am. Otherwise, sunny 🌞, with a high of 65 degrees at 3pm. Five degrees below normal, which is similar to a typical day around October 2nd. Light north wind increasing to 8 to 13 mph in the morning. A year ago, we had sunny skies in the morning with some clearing in the afternoon. The high last year was 87 degrees. The record high of 95 was set in 1895.

Tomorrow I’m working downtown πŸ’Ό at least part of the day. 😷 I’ll just catch the bus downtown 🚌 and I have that mask I bought from Lynne. It is very comfortable, I wore it while I was at John Wolcott’s house this evening. I actually don’t mind working downtown 🚏it’s a nice change from the library. 🏒
