Shopping at Walmart today I was told that they are pretty much out of plastic baggies for good with the ban on shopping bags going into effect March 1st. I’m sure the same is true with most other retailers. I might think it’s horse shit 🐴 that Albany County is taxing paper bags, but at least there won’t be so many plastic bags flapping in the trees in the cities. 🎋
