Almost Heaven

I saw this on Facebook posted by Western NY Bowhunter group and I thought it was a nice reminder that rural land, off grid is a lot more affordable than one might think. I’m sure too there are other reasons for the low price – and unfortunately it’s New York State where taxes and regulations are high but it looks like almost heaven from a property overview standpoint.
