My opinion on daylight savings time is that we should abandon the 24 hour day in favor of counting time in seconds since the epoch on January 1, 1970, UTC. No more time zones or years, months, and dates to ever consider again.⏰

Every day would be 86.4 kiloseconds, each year would be 31.25 megaseconds. Heck, we already do that with computers and time, so why not in the real world? πŸ€”
