Knightville dam    • Westfield River Knightville Dam   (EDIT, the city of Albany has responded to this video by saying this was never a retention Pond its real purpose about 30 years ago was a drinking water reservoir . well that's just not true 30 years ago all these roads were still here and the same Drainage Systems emptying into that pond, there is no way they were using that for drinking with all the runoff of bird crap, oil, salt from the roadways. They just don't want to take blame for the flooding. either way this damn is what's holding up the water) retention pond does not have the space for the water and the stream leading to it probably has things blocking it slowing the water going to it.
