On July 24th 1991 Two men while night fishing saw something that challenges conventional explanations . What they saw appeared to be a Conical Shaped Craft or " Machine " along with two humanoid entities. 23 Years later to the day Fred Arcuri & Lou Piazza returned to the sight of the encounter . This time however they brought a few extra people along for the ride including Ufologist Richard Dolan.
