Definitely a surprise to see a state highway (PA 414) as a dirt road without road markings, narrow and in areas where there are small cliffs on one side, no or weak guard rails. The road did at some point turn into a state highway like we are used to in NY (traffic heading in each direction, one lane on each side) with road markings.
