Bushwhacking along the thick and arduous eastern shore of Metcalf Lake, heading northeast toward the Metcalf Chain of Lakes in the West Canada Lake Wilderness Area of the central Adirondack Park. Not for the faint of heart! Note: This video is in a raw form, that is, it has not been edited, annotated or altered in any form. The footage remains exactly as I experienced it while bushwhacking through the Adirondack Park backcountry, just as nature intended it. Be forewarned, loud noises will arise from branches, hands, hiking poles, etc. hitting the camera.
