Johnny cakes this morning ๐ฅ with lots of onion and tomato ๐ . And too much red chilli ๐ถ pepper which had my nose ๐ running like I had a cold. Topped with cottage cheese and I was even green ๐and washed out the container for recycling โป. At least my stomach is feeling better than yesterday. ๐ซ๐ป Been going a bit over board with the cranberry beans, ๐ซ and the carrots ๐ฅ lately, though it also seems like in recent months my stomach has been a bit rough. Dinner last night was more of that chicken soup ๐ and bread ๐ that I made up yesterday.
