Good morning! Today 8:30 PM Sunset ️⛱️. Partly cloudy and 70 degrees at the Perkins Clearing. ⛅ There is a west-southwest breeze at 6 mph. 🍃. The dew point is 61 degrees.

A pretty nice summer morning. ☀ Laying back in the hammock – with the breeze, Picardin on the legs and a hammock sprayed with Permethrin its not too buggy. 🐛

Rained for a while ☔ last night but by morning things were clearing out by morning. Things were just a little damp by morning.

I expect it will be a nice day for working remotely from up in the woods. 💻 I good cell phone reception 📶 here and ample sun for solar power. Maybe even take the laptop and work from the hammock as I look out at the clouds and mountains or if I do need to work from the table use the binoculars for bird watching. 🐦

The lantern post I bought to use the lantern in the tent🏮 worked quite well. I am quite happy with it. Still having some problems with the lantern with one of the mantles not getting proper gas pressure. I may try to take it apart if I have some downtime today at work. But I don’t know – it might be a pretty busy day at work. 📝

In four weeks on July 3 the sun will be setting in the west-northwest (303°) at 8:41 pm,🌄 which is 6 minutes and 53 seconds later then today.
