I was reading that the Great River Sweep Clean Up is on May 5th that Riverkeeper puts on every year.🚤 I saw a lot of Earth Day clean up around. I guess it’s good to reduce litter. I kind of want to get away that weekend to camp and fish, maybe for an extended weekend, but I might change my mind to do that. ⛺ Weather may decide for me.
Didn’t make any progress on my electronics projects this weekend because I’ve been busy with work and kind of sick. 🔬 Maybe next week. I kinda want to have a display built for home like I have for the office.
One of my followers wrote me asking why money is always so tight for me and always looking for ways to stretch the budget.💸 I’m still thinking about an expanded essay on this topic, but simply said when you reach your mid 30s tough decisions about your retirement have to be made if you want to be able to afford a decent final years. I’m young enough that investments still have a few years to grow. But 65 is coming fast. With social security and pensions on the chopping block, I’m all the more concerned. Plus I want to have the money eventually to afford land and an off grid cabin to live, in a low tax high freedom state.🏡 While saving now may not give me immediate pleasure dreaming does. Once you pay for those things what is left over ain’t much.
