Feels like a nice summer evening, although the sun set much too early. But still I’m enjoying sitting out back, listening to a podcast, clicking through random crap on Facebook. Rain showers may chase me in soon, I already took down the American flag I first put up on September 11th.

I am pretty sure I’ll be heading up to the Adirondacks, and probably driving down to Little Falls on Saturday to explore Moss Island from a kayak. I’m quite excited about that. Also Sunday should be warm enough for one more time at the Potholers before the cold of winter sets in. Looks like it will be a good weekend.

Made too much pasta for dinner and proceeded to eat too much. That said, I did walk about 6-7 miles around town today so I burned off some of the calories. I try to walk around town as much as possible. I like walking around the city, you get to see so much more of it.
