Streeter Lake Road

Streeter Lake Road follows an old railroad bed out to Streeter Lake from Aldrich. 17 roadside campsites, very nice.

Edge of Streeter Lake

This is from the causeway at the end of Streeter Lake. Their a road that continues to a private in-holding from here, but the road is for the general public just walking from here.

Canoe Carry and Campsite 1

This is where you hike down to the Mud River. Also, they allow you camp right on the road here, in one of the "Hunter Pull-Off" Campsites.

Canoe Carry Sign on the Mud River

The rapids are right below here. Rapids is a bit of an exaggeration, more like faster moving water and a bit of a drop, but not recommended to run a canoe over.

Danger! Rapids Ahead

Warns a sign along Mud River, as you have to hike to Streeter Lake Road from here.

Big Beaver Dam

I decided not to portage around it, because the Mud River was, well, muddy.
