Sugar Hill State Forest (North). This is the northern portion of Sugar Hill State Forest outside Watkins Glens. The main horse camp Assembly-area is located by the Firetower, which has good views of the valley. The lean-to off of Templer Road is almost brand new, and is only for hikers, unlike the other lean-tos used by equestrians.
