Frankin Falls Pond. Includes several tent camp sites on it's southern end a short walk from the baracade off road. This is technically in Taylor Pond Wild Forest, but so be it.

Jones Pond Camping Area. And lakes nearby for kayaking around. The campsites on the east side of Jones Pond are drive-to campsites, and the ones on the west are sites you hike into there.

Union Falls and Franklin Falls Pond (Overview). Both are man-made ponds, by daming up the Saranac River between two waterfalls.

Union Falls Pond. Roadside camping up by the dam, and other campsites along the lake. Also don't forget to check out Franklin Pond, right to South. Technically in Taylor Pond Wild Forest and not Debar Wild Forest.
