A Sunny Wednesday Morning.
A poem from a past sunny Wednesday, camping out in my truck.
August 26, 2009.
Sitting under my pickup's cap,
in the wilderness,
watching as the fog burns off,
and the sun peers through the windows
of the truck cap.
I can feel the warmth of the sun my arm,
as it gets warmer and a nice day appears,
after a rainy night.
Soon I will have to pack up and move on
to yet another campsite to another place,
to explore more areas. But for now,
I'll sit out and enjoy the morning sun.
