I probably could have worked from home today, but I wanted to get out from home. Looking forward to working more in the office, I'm tired of being stuck at home so much.

Yesterday afternoon it rained and rained some more. 🌧 It was from the hurricane. Kept me from heading out of town this weekend. But that’s fine, I needed a quiet day on Saturday.

Went down to the park for a while yesterday, 🚢‍♀️ but didn’t want to get too far from home and get poured on. As when the rain came, it came. I ended up taking a nap last night and watching some Youtube videos on my phone. I’ve just been recovering from the week that was.

Penn Yan

Quiet morning, driving through Penn Yan in the north-western Finger Lakes. Cute little town.

Not happy with the mask mandate at the Bethlehem Library 😷

Wear your muzzle, the people say. But it’s so uncomfortable, especially in the hot weather of recent. I’ve been fully-vaccinated for months now, and the likely harm of COVID-19 to myself is probably no worse then a severe cold if even that. I get why they have the mask mandate — COVID-19 levels have risen quite a bit locally, but it also seems silly to require masks for fully vaccinated individuals.
