Bob Restaino is up 202 votes at close of last night, but as you can see it's close.
In some ways, this map looks worse then it is in reality. Relatively few people live in 6-4/6-5 which is where Hooker Chemical and the landfill is. Likewise, 4-5 is both low turn out and a lot of abandoned houses. LaSalle 3-7 and DeVaux Ward 4 though is tricky for him, as there is a fair amount of votes there.

Did you know that the highest elevation in Niagara County – at 699 feet above sea level – is Sanitary Landfill No. VI? The dumping ground (the site of Cecos International, Inc.) was first “built” in the late 1800s. It sits smack in-between the Town of Niagara and the City of Niagara Falls. Altogether, there are 12 landfills on the site – Sanitary Landfill No. VI was added in the 1980s.
