Good evening! Cloudy skies and 67 degrees in Selkirk. There is a 6 mph breeze from the south. The current dew point is 63. We got a pretty good rain shower when the front came through but other than that it’s been a pretty dark and dreary day. I stayed home as I figured I didn’t need to really go anywhere and spent most of the day reading. 

Tonight will have showers and thunderstorms before 3am, then isolated showers between 3am and 5am. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. Patchy fog between 1am and 2am. Low around 62. One degrees above normal. South wind 6 to 8 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80%. New rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible. The record low of 47 occurred back in 1963. Waxing Crescent Moon with 40% illuminated. The moon will will set around 12:53 am. July’s Buck Moon is on Tuesday, July 19th.

Tomorrow the sun will rise at 5:28 am with the first light at 4:54 am, which is 45 seconds later then today. We will be scattered showers, with thunderstorms also possible after noon. Patchy fog before 8am. Otherwise, mostly cloudy, with a high near 76. Six degrees below normal. South wind 6 to 9 mph becoming northwest in the afternoon. Chance of precipitation is 40%. New rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except higher amounts possible in thunderstorms. The record high of 100 was set in 1936. The maximum dew point tomorrow will be 64 at 12 AM. Less Humid tomorrow for sure.
