Yesterday was a crazy day to say the least. I had to go down to Poughkeepsie for work, and got stuck in a massive traffic jam on the Mid Hudson bridge. My truck stayed plenty cool with the air conditioning but it sure drunk fuel sitting in traffic.

Picked up some groceries after work. I will need more before I go camping. I will just buy them on Friday on the way to the Adirondacks. I’m not sure where I’m heading for the long weekend…. Moose River Plains or maybe now Woodhull Lake. I was thinking the other day I’ve haven’t been to Woodhull Lake in a long time, and those roadside campsites are quite remote and well spread out. It might be a good quiet weekend up there.

We will see. But first through this cloudy, but quite hot and humid summer’s day.
