April 7, 2015 evening

Good evening. I hope you had a meaningful and interesting day. All day was dreary but with little rain. It mostly stayed south of us in Albany.

Currently 43 degrees. Damp but not chilly. We expect this weather to continue through daybreak, with temperatures dropping to 35 or so.

Tomorrow will reach about 40 degrees, continuing this dreary pattern with a chance of rain all day long. The weekend forecast continues to look delightful.

Sleep well. And remember the only thing certain is change. Beloved things promised to last forever may disappear tomorrow without warning. Good night.

April 7, 2015 Midday

So far the rain has stayed to the south. We haven’t broke 50 yet, and it looks like we won’t. It will get dark pretty early, probably around 7:30 PM tonight.

Good morning, Tuesday.

We’ve made it to the second day of the work week but it’s a relatively quiet and easy week with schools closed and the legislature out of town. Amazing what impact that really has on traffic. Yesterday the construction wasn’t bad and 787 ramp was still open.

Going to be a real nice weekend maybe not for trout fishing but for being out in the woods. Might go hiking and camping but that depends on the final forecast and how much snow and mud in various places I might want to camp.

Tuesday morning weather

Good morning, Happy Tuesday. A gray morning around 40 degrees. By midday expect topping out by around 50 degrees. Rain starts around 2 PM. Turns to showers by evening. Expect similar weather through Friday evening, nicer weather conditions by the weekend.
