Friday Morning.
It seems that the work week will come to a conclusion this week, like every week. Then comes the weekend. It will be nice to have a quiet weekend home this weekend, after last weekendβs adventure and the previous weekend being busy with work.
Β I donβt have much planned for this weekend. I thought about going to Moose Plains for a weekend trip, but the weather doesnβt look great, and I would rather wait a couple of weeks before going on another trip. I donβt know how much longer before snow will close down the Moose Plains road system, but if we get an unusually warm and dry weekend, I want to go up there. Because of the easrly sunset, probably wouldnβt go up to a Saturday morning, and then maybe take off a Monday, so I can get two nights up there.
I have been playing a bit with Drupal. Despite all of the time Iβve spent porting my blog over WordPress, Iβve discovered some real problems with categories with WordPress, as the blog has grown. I also have some concerns with using a platform as popular and as frequently updating as WordPress β it seems that this blogging platform is prone to SPAM and hacking attacks. I havenβt started implementing any code yet for Drupal, but Iβve started studying the platform, and may attempt a rough implementation of the blog this weekend with Drupal, and see how well the coding interface works.
Some miscellaneous notes about a rather quiet weekend on tap.
